Fzh Studio provides simple software/website development services for end users at relatively affordable prices. Services include:
- Link-in-bio Lite, A simple website deployed directly under the subdomain fzh.pages.dev/username without creating separate accounts.
- Custom Website, A custom website with GitHub and Cloudflare account setup using a new email address that we create specifically for your service.
Ordering
By ordering or using our services, you agree to these terms. Service details, pricing, and timeline will be agreed upon through WhatsApp communication.
Code Rights
Once the service is completed and payment obligations are fulfilled, you are entitled to receive the source code. You have full rights to modify, use, and/or resell the code for personal or commercial purposes.
Account Setup
- For Custom Website services, we create a new email address used to register GitHub and Cloudflare accounts. The credentials for the email, GitHub, and Cloudflare accounts will be handed over to you after completion, unless otherwise agreed.
- For Link-in-bio Lite services, we do not create separate email, GitHub, or Cloudflare accounts. Your website is deployed directly under the subdomain fzh.pages.dev/username.
Third-Party Platforms
We use GitHub for code storage and Cloudflare for deploying all projects. By using our services, you agree to the policies and terms of those platforms.
User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for the content you provide, including text, images, links, or other materials. You must ensure that your content does not violate laws, copyrights, trademarks, or the rights of others.
Limitation of Liability
Fzh Studio is not responsible for disruptions, data loss, or damages caused by third-party platforms such as GitHub, Cloudflare, email service providers, WhatsApp, or events beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
Changes to these terms of service will be updated on this page without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
